Concerned

Dear City Worker,
Although I remain baffled as to why my entire street needs to be repaved, it is the “swiss cheese” approach to replacing the cement curb that is most confusing.
I realize it was not your choice to come through and cut out random portions. However, I do dearly wish that when you were doing it, you would put out your cigarette and put on a respirator. I understand the desire to save time and enjoy your work, but I’m quite certain that cement dust is even worse for your lungs than the smoke.
Love, Dawn
